For our international client we are looking for an AI Transformation Lead.
You will support the client in developing an AI People strategy, a top-down target vision and change and communication plan.
You will also develop a training plan.
Previous experience in AI transformation projects is essential.
Tasks:
* Act as strategic AI Transformation Lead
* Define AI transformation strategy
* Present strategic AI transformations at C-level
* Develop AI People strategy
* Develop top-down target vision
* Develop change and communication plan
* Create AI training plan & template (1-year holistic training plan)
* Prepare and present strategy to management
* Regular coordination with the internal team
Requirements:
* Strong project experience in AI transformation projects
* Project experience in developing AI strategies for global companies
* Experience in communication on C-Level
* Stakeholder management experience
* Strong presentation and communication skills
* Experience in the manufacturing industry - preferred
* Fluency in English
Project details:
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 3 months (+ option to extend)
* Workload: 5 days per week
* Location: Remote and on-site presence in Germany (for Meetings/Workshops)
* Languages: Fluency in English, German nice to have
