RED GLOBAL - CCAI DEVELOPER- INDIA-HYBRID- ASAP- 12MONTHS+
On behalf of a Key Client Partner, i am currently searching for an CCAI Developer to come join a project delivering to a Manufacturing end user.
Please find the details below;
- Role: CCAI Developer
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 1 year contract minimum
- Language: English
- Location: Hybrid - 3 days week onsite in either Bangalore, Hyderabad or Pune
- Capacity: 5 Days per week
We urgently need a CCAI developer with following skills:
- Experience with Dialogflow CX, including managing conversation flows, intents, and fulfillment logic.
- Hands-on experience with agent assist, bots.
- Proficiency in Python for custom logic and API integrations.
- Ability to design and optimise complex conversational flows.
- Strong understanding of webhook development for dynamic responses.
- Experience with Google Cloud Functions and Google Cloud Console.
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for improving response accuracy.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug using Dialogflow's tools.
- Experience in migrating bots to CCAI platform is nice to have.
- Expertise in optimising agent performance for quick response times.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working in cross-functional teams
