Job Title: Project Manager - SAP e-Invoicing Compliance (Poland)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 6 months+
Location: Poland (Mainly Remote, with occasional travel - expenses covered)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-impact compliance project focused on implementing an e-invoicing solution in SAP in accordance with Polish tax regulations. This is a cross-functional initiative spanning three business units and involving operations in Poland. The role will be instrumental in ensuring the organisation achieves regulatory compliance by January 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the e-invoicing compliance project, ensuring alignment across three business units.

• Manage project planning, execution, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

• Oversee the implementation of SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

• Ensure all e-invoicing processes comply with Polish VAT regulations for B2B transactions.

• Coordinate across internal teams, external vendors, and compliance bodies as needed.

• Monitor progress and drive the team to meet strict time lines, with full compliance.

• Provide regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders on milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.

• Support occasional on-site activities at the Poland and Belgium locations (travel costs covered).

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in compliance, finance, or tax-related projects.

• Strong background in SAP, especially in Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) and Finance (FI) modules.

• Familiarity with Polish tax regulations and e-invoicing requirements is a strong advantage.

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Ability to drive complex projects with multiple moving parts to completion under tight deadlines.

• Fluency in English is required; Polish is a plus.
