***QA Engineer & Lead QA Engineer - 12 months+ - Bangkok, Thailand (Hybrid)***
RED Global is currently supporting one of our international clients in their search for a QA Engineer and a Lead QA Engineer for a long-term contract project based in Thailand.
* Start: ASAP
* Duration: 12 months+
* Location: Bangkok, Thailand (4 days on-site per week)
* Language: Thai and English (mandatory)
We are seeking both experienced QA Engineers and QA Leads to support the delivery of high-quality software solutions within an Agile environment.
Key requirements:
* Experience in software testing and quality assurance
* Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies
* Experience creating and executing test cases and test scenarios
* Familiarity with QA tools and defect management processes
* Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills
* Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
* For Lead QA Engineer candidates: proven experience leading QA teams, defining testing strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
