- Provide L2 support for the SAP MM module, including incident, service request, and problem management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including:
- Purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Goods receipt and goods issue
- Inventory management
- Invoice verification
- Vendor master data
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring and critical issues.
- Support integration with SAP SD, SAP FI, SAP PP, SAP Extended Warehouse Management / WM, and third-party systems.
- Collaborate with the ABAP development team for enhancements, custom reports, and interface fixes.
- Ensure compliance with EU regulatory and audit requirements.
- Participate in minor configuration changes, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support month-end closing activities and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base updates.
- Ensure SLA adherence and participate in governance and review meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MM.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working within European SAP environments.
- Mandatory SAP certification in the relevant SAP MM module.
