Title: SAP P2P Business Analyst
Start: ASAP!
Duration: 8 Months + Possibility of extension based on performance
Location: Fully Remote
Project: ESM (External Supplier Management)

Responsibilities
- Write functional and technical specifications for material/service spends, material master stats, and production order yield reports
- Test end-to-end P2P cycles, including touchpoints with product costing
- Support development of Power BI reports for subcontracting and manufacturing
- Reconcile Power BI with SAP ECC reports and document KPIs with business users
- Test and validate SAP user exits and their usage
- Support subcontracting purchase orders and CO production order processes
Requirements
- In-depth experience in P2P, materials, and inventory management
- Strong understanding of SAP tables, fields, and key integrations within P2P
- Knowledge of SAP user exits and testing
- Business process knowledge of subcontracting POs and CO production orders
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Exposure to Coupa (indirect POs) and OMP (planning) systems
- Ability to align/report data between SAP ECC and Power BI
