Responsibilities
- Provide L2 functional support for the SAP SD module, including incident resolution, service requests, and problem management.
- AnalySe, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to:
- Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Sales order processing
- Pricing and billing
- Credit management
- Deliveries and shipping
- Intercompany processes
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and recurring issues.
- Coordinate with the technical (ABAP) team for bug fixes, developments, and system enhancements.
- Support and monitor integration with SAP MM, FI, CPI/PI, and third-party systems.
- Ensure compliance with European regulatory, statutory, and audit requirements.
- Participate in minor enhancements, configuration changes, and system testing (SIT/UAT).
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence and service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in European SAP environments.
- Mandatory SAP certification(s) in the relevant module(s).
