RED Global is searching for a Scrum Master to join an excellent opportunity at our client in Lisbon.
You will be part of a creation of a centre of excellence for a Leading Multinational Fintech Company.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
* Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead
* Scrum Master certified
* Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban)
* Agile Estimating & Planning
* Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
* Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:
o Automated Testing techniques
o Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
o Test Driven Development
* Metrics:
o Velocity vs Productivity
* Tools: Jira/Confluence
* Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value
* Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related
* Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best
* Experience in development (valued)
* Great communication, analysis and listening skills
* Software Craftsmanship's
* English proficiency should be at least C1 level
