SAP Project Manager

RED is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver global SAP ECC template rollout, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration across existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end project management of the SAP ECC template rollout across multiple business units and regions.
* Develop a detailed project plan outlining milestones, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, execute governance reviews and ensure the project plans are driven by organizational procedures.
* Ensure successful rollout by managing the project lifecycle from initiation to post-go-live support, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
* Engage with business leaders to understand requirements and ensure the SAP ECC solution aligns with their needs.
* Lead a cross-functional team including SAP functional/technical consultants, business analysts, and end-users. Drive project teams to meet deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
* Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, SAP technical teams, and third-party vendors. Ensure proper allocation and optimization of resources, ensuring that the team has the necessary skills and tools to achieve project success.
* Facilitate communication and coordination among various internal departments to ensure smooth implementation. Provide clear direction, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
* Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and monitor and track the project's progress, adjusting as necessary to mitigate delays or budget overruns. Manage and resolve project issues, escalating as necessary to ensure project continuity.
* Ensure adherence to global SAP template design, managing local adaptations as needed while maintaining the integrity of the core ECC system. Coordinate change management and governance activities to ensure compliance with corporate policies and global standards.
* Coordinate user training programs and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the SAP ECC solution.
* Provide post-go-live support, ensuring stabilization and optimization of the system, addressing any challenges that arise.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, issue logs, risk registers, and project plans.
* Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
* 15+ years of SAP Project Management experience, particularly in SAP ECC implementations or global rollouts.
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP ERP projects, preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
* SAP ECC functional knowledge across key modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP).
* Strong leadership, written and verbal communication, and team management skills.
* Experience in template governance, process standardization, and global ERP implementations.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in change management and user training for large-scale ERP implementations.
* Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with global teams and diverse cultures.
