***Salesforce Business Analyst - Germany***
For our international client based in Munich (Germany), RED is currently looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to start in a new project.
The consultant will be eliciting and analysing client requirements, documenting AS-IS and TO-BE processes, creating requirement matrices, and writing user stories. The consultant will also lead demos, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review test cases, and ensure high product quality.
Desired skills:
- Experience with Sales Pipeline Management
- Knowledge of Sales force : Sales Cloud
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, organising the business needs and creating the road map for the team
- Fluent in German
