In this role you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing Master Data, which is crucial to our operational business processes. You will ensure the accuracy and quality of master data related to business partners, including customers, vendors, sales representatives, and employees.
As a Freelance Master Data Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Validate incoming requests by ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and complies with business standards, maintaining high-quality master data;
- Accurately create and update master data requests in SAP in a timely manner;
- Serve as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to business partner master data, including customers, vendors, sales reps, and employees;
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and enhancements;
- Identify opportunities for data cleansing, such as removing obsolete data;
- Proactively address data quality issues and identify their root causes;
- Generate data reports for internal users as needed;
- Actively participate in projects involving Master Data changes.
As a Freelance Master Data Specialist, you have the following attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information management, or a related field, or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data quality, and data management principles.
- Proficiency with data management tools and technologies; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
